Tube Halter top, $4.98, an old dark blue cardigan, L.E.I Chelsea low rise jeans, $19.99, and multi-wedge from PAYLESS, can’t remember the price. Blue rectangle pendant necklace(JW, can’t remember how much), blue beads, $1 and blue with ruby beads bracelet, $1, for accessories. Like I said, I love blue :). And I’m pretty sure the whole outfit didn’t cost me more than $60.

I changed my mind. Looks of the Week will not be a one day a week feature. It would probably be 2-3 times a week. There are just so many amazing fashionistas at Wardrobe Remix consciously yelling at me to feature here.

CityMorningBlue changed my mind. I saw this polka dot dress and boots ensemble and I was grinning from ear to ear. I mean, isn’t that gorgeous? Love the pearls too.

I have been itching to do this category but I didn’t know how I was going to search fashionistas online with their pictures. I was visiting one site but with the copyright issues I couldn’t do it. Lo and Behold, one day a dear friend of mine sent me an invite to join a group on flickr called WARDROBE REMIX, where in members get to post pictures of them wearing their stylish outfits. It was created by Tricia from BitsandBobbins. Talk about fate. So every week I will be picking looks I like from the group and post them here. At least 2 looks per week and Wednesday will be the assigned day.

This first look is from MadebyTess. As soon I saw the red polka dot top, I fell in love with it. I love how she added that belt for accent. It is casual yet chic. Guess what?, she found the blouse and belt at Salvation Army. I mean, c’mon. That’s like Bargain Styling 101 right there :).

This second look, well, you all know how I love dresses. Pair it with knee-high boots and I’m a happy camper. I also love the boldness of that green patterned color. Oh and the leather jacket. Not to mention Fennlgrl’s red hair. Love it
