A few months ago, I decided to combine my love of bargains, New York City, and fashion. It has always been my goal to start my own business(I teach entrepreneurship) and I always have a trillion ideas. This particular idea came to me because my sister and I were always getting compliments on our outfits. And people were always amazed when they found out how much we paid for them. I thought people would be happy to not have to go around to 12 different stores to get a complete outfit - so OutFitKit was born.

What is OutFitKit? It is an on-line website where you can get a complete outfit for under $60. Each $35-$39 outfit comes complete with a handbag and accessories. When you add shoes to your outfit - the shoes ship for free. The best part is the clothes all come from New York City.

I love Bath and Body Works. I particularly love their Plumeria line. They’re having their Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal right now. I wouldn’t mind trying their Peach line. I can alomst smell it’s sweetness. What I love about Bath and Body Works is that it really moisturizes my skin and it give me that silky feeling. I’m sure my husband appreciates it too :).

I recently went to the Levis Outlet in search of a pair of white jeans but I didn’t find any at the store. Instead I picked up a pair of Low Boot Cut 545 which cost me $24.99. While there I also scoured their Clearance Rack and found 2 tops from Most for $4.99 each. Just like Polly from Shopping Tips Online, I am so sick of this frigid cold weather that’s why when I saw those 2 tops I grabbed them really fast to inspire me for the Spring/Summer weather. As it turns out, green might be the “it” color this spring so I’m glad I picked that green crinkled camisole instead of the tan one.

Once the weather permits it I will wear my new 545 Levis jeans(or any of my other jeans) with that green crinkled camisole with this green heels that I bought from PAYLESS on sale for $9.99 three years ago. For the light pink top?, hmm I’m sure I could find a pair of black heels in my closet :).

PS: I’m still in a hunt for a nice pair of white jeans.

I am not a perfume kind of girl. I usually just spray myself with a body spray from either Bath and Body Works(Plumeria) or Victoria Secret(Love Spell). Last Christmas a friend of mine sent me a sample of Britney’s new line of perfume called Fantasy and I loved it. As luck would have it, my local Eckerd store send me their weekly circular every week. I was about to throw away my copy when I saw the $10 coupon on their designer perfumes. I cut it out so fast and told my husband I need to go to Eckerd’s. Not for over the counter drugs but for a perfume :). The regular price for a 30 ml/ 1 fl oz is $29.99 but with my $10 coupon I only paid $19.99. STEAL!. From now on I will use this scent for going out and special nights with the hubby and use either of the aforementioned 2 body sprays for regular days.

What’s the lesson here?. Don’t be so fast in throwing away those drug stores flyers. You never know what kind of deal you will find.
